The Tech Garden held its first annual Startup Night and Holiday Party that included announcing the GENIUS NY 2020 finalists; member updates from 20 startups; facility tours; networking; and a 2019 Tech Garden review. More than 100 people attended the inaugural event. Rick Clonan, VP of innovation and entrepreneurship for CenterState CEO, updated attendees on The Tech Garden’s 2019 accomplishments, which included welcoming 26 news members, hosting more than 60 events, building a new hardware center for light-assembly manufacturing, and announcing plans to expand the build with the addition of two new floors.
