Destined Studios Blooms at The Tech Garden

03/06/2009

VIGCraft Arts, Inc. welcomes the New Year and the changes to the company that have come with it. First and foremost the company has changed its name to Destined Studios, Inc. and launched a completely new identity and website. In conjunction with this change it has also moved into The Tech Garden in downtown Syracuse.

According to President and Partner of Destined Studios, John Viggiano, "It was time to update our image in order to better represent and display the full scope of services we offer. We're pushing our own design and programming capabilities in the same manner that we push our clients' designs and capabilities. Our industry progresses and adapts every day and we're doing the same, and even more."

Destined Studios Inc. provides web design and web development services as well as graphic design, print production, and multimedia production and design for a wide range of clients in Central New York and throughout the United States. At the core of the company's operation is the customization and optimization of cutting edge web technology and IT services for its varied clients. All of VIGCraft Arts' clients transitioned smoothly with their service provider and now continue to work with Destined Studios. Its move into The Tech Garden has also been a smooth one for the company.

"Everyone here has been very accommodating and instrumental in helping us settle into The Tech Garden and continue to develop our business and strategies," Mr. Viggiano explains.

During this time, Destined Studios has launched Syracuse University Head Basketball Coach Jim Boeheim's Official Web Site. This new site provides an online presence for Mr. and Mrs. Boeheim's charitable causes. The company continues to work with local municipalities such as the Village of Baldwinsville and Town of Lysander as well as Central New York staples such as the Syracuse Fitness Store and Pine Grove Country Club.

While continuing to provide dedicated service to its web and print clients, Destined Studios has also focused on the development of in-house projects and formed partnerships with other entrepreneurs to enhance its capabilities. One such project continues to evolve as an additional service the company can offer to its web clients. CEO and Partner, Ben Haynes explains:

"Over the last 18 months or so, we have developed a fully customizable membership database system which allows us to store and manipulate information in a variety of new and exciting ways. We can use the system to generate a series of end user items. For instance, we have incorporated Google Maps into the system to allow members to find each other in different geographical areas. Or we can use that information to generate a member email or mailing campaign. We can also send mass emails to specific data sets within the system itself. We continue to improve the system and adapt it to our clients' needs."

According to Mr. Viggiano, Destined Studios looks to the New Year with optimism: "We have positioned the company to continue to provide expert services to our clients while also expanding our technological capabilities, enabling us to meet ever more advanced customer needs. Sometimes even before a client realizes they have the need! So, we at Destined Studios like to ask, "where is your company destined to go?'"
