Host An Event at The Tech Garden!

The Tech Garden spaces are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are available Monday through Friday (not including public holidays).
Reduced rates are available for multi-day events, CenterState CEO members, and not-for-profit organizations.
Rates include use of audiovisual equipment and basic supplies such as white boards, easels, flip charts, etc.
Event hosts make their own arrangements for food and refreshments. A list of suggested caterers is available upon request. (We recommend using CenterState Chamber Member restaurants)

Paid parking is available on the street and several garages in the vicinity. Directions and local parking areas can be found at www.TheTechGarden.com/contact-us.
A $50 deposit is required at time of reservation. The space must be returned to its "normal” set up immediately at the conclusion of the event. If not, the $50 will be retained to cover clean up and reset costs.
For after hours events there will be an additional charge of $20 per hour to cover staff time and security needs.
A Certificate of Insurance is required prior to the meeting naming The Tech Garden as an additional insured.
