The Seed Capital Fund of Central New York is a privately held limited liability corporation that invests in and guides early stage technology companies in Syracuse and Central /Upstate New York.   The goal of the fund is to create wealth for investors while assisting the region's transition to a high-tech, high-growth, knowledge based economy.
